Please use the following check-out list when you leave:

• Pull the Dock Ladder up out of the water, and make sure the hose and shower on the dock are turned off tight.
• Wash and dry your dirty sheets and towels. Fold them and place them back in the bedrooms. DON'T MAKE THE BEDS. The housekeeper will make the beds later.
• Take all perishable food out of the refrigerator and kitchen and either throw it out or take it home. Make sure the doors on the refrigerator and freezer are closed tight.
• Turn off the breakers for the hot water heater.
• Turn up the AC thermostats to 80 degrees.
• Put away all the stuff you used (e.g. kayaks, bikes, chairs, barbeques, etc).
• Lock up the Storage Area. Make sure padlock is secure!
• Put your trash and garbage in the garbage cans under the house. Take the garbage cans and recycle tub out to street. Garbage collection is on Tuesday and Saturday.
• Make sure all the lights are off - inside and out.
• Lock up the house. Put the flip locks in the down position on the sliding doors. Make sure the front door is locked when you leave.
