Welcome to "The Lodge" on Duck Key. This website is designed to familiarize you with the house on Duck Key and the Florida Keys in the surrounding area. The house is a very large family island-home. It sits on the western bank of Tom's Harbor in tropical Duck Key, just 61 miles from Key West. The house has large living areas with two huge porches that overlook Tom's Harbor. It has three master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths, and three 'kids' bedrooms with bunk beds which can sleep eleven kids. The interior of the house is finished in laid-back knotty-pine - hence the name "The Lodge." The house has a large kitchen with commercial appliances, and is equipped with two refrigerators, an ice-maker, cable TV, VCR and a stereo system. It is located on a quiet street in an exclusive residential area.

Duck Key is just two hours south of Miami, one hour north of Key West, and is the island home of the Hawks Cay Resort, one of the finest hotels in the Keys. Duck Key, the resort, and the lodge are entirely oriented to water activities in the warm clear water of the Florida Keys. The Lodge is equipped with bikes, kayaks, water-skis, and other water-toys. Hawks Cay resort offers parasailing, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and scuba-diving. Duck Key has two marinas which can accommodate vessels and boats of all sizes.
